Meet Dr. Pam

Dr. Pam Wilson is a physician with 30+ years of experience helping people restore energy, rebuild health, and move with strength and purpose. She’s the creator of the F.I.R.S.T. Method™ and author of the upcoming book Think. Fuel. Move.—a proven framework to transform mindset, metabolism, and movement for lasting health.

Her Bio

Dr. Pam, a graduate of Logan University, was inducted into the original Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. As part of her continuing education, she studied functional stabilization, rehabilitation, and manual medicine with two of Europe’s top neurologists at Charles University Hospital in Prague. She was one of just 15 physicians selected from the U.S. to study manual medicine in Italy with Dr. Karel Lewit, the renowned European neurologist.

Dr. Pam was also one of only eight chiropractors—and the only woman—chosen to study under Charles Poliquin, an internationally recognized strength and conditioning coach. She is Level III Board Certified in Rehabilitation and was among the first 100 physicians in the U.S. certified by DNALife to practice lifestyle medicine based on a patient’s genetic code. In addition, she is a specialist in Metabolic Balance and Weight Release, and certified in Precision Longevity through Dr. Melissa Peterson, founder of the Human Longevity Institute.

Dr. Pam has taught both nationally and internationally as a postgraduate instructor for chiropractors, physical therapists, and podiatrists. She has been professionally published in the Functional Training Handbook (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins), co-authored Triathlon Bike Fit – A Detailed Primer in Triathlete Magazine, and wrote an 8-part article series on Functional Stability for Chiropractic Wellness and Fitness magazine. She was also featured in The Two River Times for her work, “Encouraging Kids to Choose Fitness and Health.” Her clinical experience includes treating professional athletes, world champions, and Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medalists.

She lives in Rumson, NJ with her husband, Daniel.
