You deserve a doctor who takes the time to get to know you before your first office visit. Our office will send a form for you to fill out online prior to the Discovery Consult. This will help her prepare for your virtual visit. Let's use our time wisely and tactically so you can get your health back! If you both agree it is a good fit, we will schedule your first in-office visit Once under one-on-one care Dr. Pam will determine the underlying root cause of your health issues, send out lab work, create your personalized care plan, and support you in working your plan and changing your life.
